Fulfillment Policies

- NO RETURNS. All of the walls you are ordering are custom crafted, and they are installed to specifications of your home and your home only, with patterns, colors, and trim sizes chosen by you and you alone.
- All sales are final.
- We cannot take back, sell them to your neighbor, restock them, give them back to the manufacturer, etc.
- It is the customers responsibility to review the paperwork prior to signing, as well as the patterns, colors and make sure that the final order is to the customers choosing.
- In the event Modern Accent Walls fails to resolve a reasonable complaint with 90 days, a full refund will be processed.
- Installation time frames that are given are estimated time frames.
- Installations take place Monday-Friday. We do not install on Saturday or Sundays.
- All work will be completed according to industry standard practices.
- Modern Accent Walls will take all avenues to perform our work in the given time frames discussed during the sale.
- Occasionally, these time frames cannot be met due to extended installation's, bad weather, strikes, accidents, delays out of our control, or any other reason.
- We will do our best to perform the work within the given time frame estimates.
- Modern Accent Walls is under no obligation to finish within these estimates, and the customer does not have the right to cancel the order, and is not entitled to a reduced price, discount or any reimbursement due to these situations.
- You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation anytime within 3 business days of the date of this contract/agreement.
- If you cancel within the 3 days rescission period, your full deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of your cancellation.
